What this job involves:
Within the Australian market, the RESIpm team provide Residential Property Management services to a premium client base across the commercial, retail, hotel, government, and industrial property sectors.

We've got an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to join our NSW Residential Building Management team. In the role, you will play a key role within the senior leadership team and provide the team with training and guidance.

A snapshot of the role:
Stakeholder management with all our clients, committees, owners and tenants - ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered
Provide staff with continuous training and develop
Establish best practice RESIpm processes and procedures
Ensure compliance and assist with procurement and contractor management
Attend committee meetings, prepare reports and make recommendations

This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to take the next step and to go into a leadership role. You will manage a team across a portfolio of residential properties across Sydney metro.
Demonstrated experience working in building management or facilities management
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multiple different personalities
Technical background with an understanding of building construction trades and services
An understanding of relevant legislation such as Strata, Cooling Towers, etc.
