The role of the Project Officer is to support and undertake a range of project and continuous improvement activities to achieve expected project outcomes, within the Office of the Chief First Nations Health Officer. As a Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development, implementation and monitoring of projects, including coordination and stakeholder engagement within the Office of the Chief First Nations Health Officer. You will contribute to the success of projects by ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, managing risks, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and innovative problem solving skills and the ability to develop and implement flexible and responsive solutions to address issues.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary record management systems for correspondence processes such as Content Manager.
High level organisational skills with the proven ability to deliver results in a complex environment.
