The Regional Health Division is a dynamic, fast-paced team within the Ministry of Health that is focused on improving health outcomes, patient experience and access to care for people living in regional, rural and remote NSW.

We are recruiting two temporary Clerk 7/8 roles to work in the Division:

• Policy Officer in the Information and Performance Support team for 18 months (13 January 2024 to 28 July 2026)
• Project Officer in the Program Support Unit for 12 months (to December 2025) (Targeted role). Whilst this position is open to all individuals, it is targeted to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people under section 21 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977,. Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply and consideration will be given to suitable Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander applicants to promote equal or improved access.

Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $106,025 - $117363 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
The Policy Officer in the Information and Performance Support team is responsible for supporting a range of work relating to policy, projects, data analytics, evaluation and reporting on the Regional Health Strategic Plan.

The Project Officer in the Program Support Unit is responsible for supporting project management work across the Division, and several internal working and project groups.
