Mondaa Group Pty Ltd is specialised in delivering industry leading sub-contracting service to the construction industry across NSW.
Mondaa Group Pty Ltd is expanding and looking for an experienced Project Administrator (Construction), who can take charge of coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
This is a full-time position with 38-hour basic weeks.
The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with the senior management and Site Managers to provide comprehensive project coordination support.
· Preparing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and negotiating variations to contracts and projects.
· Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and communication.
· Maintaining all project records, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence.
· Overseeing project milestones and deliverables, ensuring the project stays on track.
· Coordinating the availability of resources, materials, and equipment for project execution.
· Supporting the senior management in identifying project risks and tracking mitigation strategies.
· Monitoring project progress to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project tasks are assigned, and deadlines are met.
· Fostering a collaborative and positive team environment to achieve project objectives.
· Assisting in sourcing and managing project-related vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Collecting and analyzing data associated with projects undertaken and writing reports on the project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the construction or similar sector.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, including concreting, formwork & steel fixing.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to leverage networks and create new opportunities.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Deep understanding of risk management in the context of major projects.
- Valid Driving License and transport desirable.

Salary: Starting at $95,000 - $110,000 per year negotiable on experience and skill set.
