We currently have an opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our team at Brendale. If you thrive on making deals, beating your own PB and driving that income then this is the role for you!

A typical day will include
- Identifying prospects & actively following up queries to seek new business
- Understanding and identifying customer interests, needs and buying criteria
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of our products
- Driving Toyota For Life compliance
- Delivering vehicles
- Providing post delivery support
- Demonstrating Sci-Fleet's values and supporting behaviours
- Have 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Are exceptional communicators and can add to the positive vibe within the dealership
- Are committed to learning, growing and developing sales techniques and approaches
- Are empowered by our quality standards and are Respectful, On Show, Professional, Efficient and strive for Continuous Improvement
- Have the ability to inspire other team members through strong leadership skills
- Have proven sales experience and a record exceeding sales targets
- Are collaborators that work well within a team environment
