About the Role

We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager for our Vaccines and Immunology Business Unit. In this key leadership role, you’ll have overarching responsibility for a team of Specialist Account Managers that are driving the performance of our Vaccines and Immunology business. You’ll be responsible for the continuous development of our high-performing sales team through the creation of a strategy and aligned structured planning.

You’ll:

• Work with your team to drive an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers
• Develop and execute a cross-functional business plan aligned to brand strategy
• Drive a culture of sales excellence and continuous improvement
• Keep up to speed on developments in the respective therapeutic areas
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners; regulatory, medical, and market access.

About you?

To be successful, you’ll be an experiences sales leader within the pharmaceutical and/or medical space, with experience in tactical implementation of brand strategy executed through an aligned team.

You’ll also possess:

• A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or Education
• Excellent business acumen with strong business planning capabilities
• Effective coaching skills with a passion for developing people
• Key understanding of driving sales growth through excellent sales team execution
• Excellent business partnering, influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders
