This role will be primarily based in our Top Ryde, NSW store and be flexible with local travel to our surrounding TK Maxx stores.

Supported by the Loss Prevention Manager, it is responsible for maintaining the security of the store with a view to minimize shrinkage. The main objectives of the Loss Prevention Associate is to reduce criminal activity, respond to incidents and promote compliance.

• Deter theft and fraud by completing high profiling activities and offering customer service
• Ensure all physical security systems are operational and functioning correctly (CCTV, alarms, monitors, tethers, security tags, detachers, locks, safes, punch code locks and keys)
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Promote compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements needed

• Security provider license (Class 1)
• A current and valid Australian driver’s license with access to a motor vehicle
• Previous Loss Prevention/ Security experience
