We are seeking an experienced Home Demolition Excavator Operator to join our team at Vinsan Home Demolition in Bayswater WA. This fill-time role is crucial in delivering our demolition services and supporting the broader objectives of the company.
What you'll be doing

• Operating excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to carry out demolition work.
• Completing pre-start inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Working closely with the demolition team to ensure projects ae completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, ideally within the construction or demolition industry.
• Formal qualifications in operating excavators and other heavy machinery
• Excellent knowledge of demolition techniques and safety protocols
• Strong problem- solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
