Home Care Support Workers offer direct care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation services tailored to clients' needs.
Your Responsibilities:

Respect and integrate clients' rights, cultural, spiritual, and individual needs into all aspects of care and daily living.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients, observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions, and follow Care Compatible Australia's procedures for escalation.
Engage in and promote quality activities, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining friendly, supportive, and professional relationships with clients, their families, and friends.
Share your knowledge and expertise to support your colleagues.
Have access to your own car (registered in your name), valid insurance, and a current Victorian driver's license.

Unqualified entry-level positions are available.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
