We have a fantastic opportunity for multiple Direct Care Workers to become part of our dedicated Community Health team. As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you will play a key role in providing direct, person-centred care to clients, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You’ll be an integral part of the team, supporting individuals to live independently with dignity and respect, while contributing to their overall well-being.
