With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate Dental Assistant/Receptionists interested in working on a permanent full-time AND part-time basis. We are a modern practice with the latest facilities but more importantly, we the people here are driven, motivated and are passionate about the service we provide; Join our fast paced and fantastic team and be a part of the family today!

The days required for the full-time role is anywhere between Monday – Friday.
The days required for the part time role is Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays

Heart of the Role:

Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
Handling payments
Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
Passionate about customer service / patient care
Organised with attention to detail
A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
