Robertson Dental Innovations is a family operated group of dental clinics in Bendigo, Australia. Robertson Dental Innovations is made up of Dental Innovations on Sternberg, Dental Innovations on Condon, Bendigo Dental Implants and RDI Dental Lab. We focus on providing the people of Bendigo with high quality and caring dental care for the whole family. This is where you come in!

With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate, dedicated candidates who want to start a career as a Dental Assistant. We welcome those without experience to apply!

This is a full-time opportunity; the days and hours required are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm. We are conveniently located on Sternberg Street where there is plenty of parking!

The Heart of the Role:

Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
Instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
Chair side assist our dentists across various dental procedures
High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

What you'll bring:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about customer service / patient care
Organised with attention to detail
A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
