As a growing provider of NDIS services across South Australia, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and foster business growth in Adelaide.

Position Purpose
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Eas Ability Care by acquiring new clients and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. This position focuses on creating opportunities for expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and effective engagement with NDIS participants and stakeholders. You will also collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client needs and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the participant base in alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, NDIS planners, support coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, tailoring service offerings to meet their specific needs within NDIS funding arrangements.
- Actively participate in networking events, forums, and industry meetings to promote Eas Ability Care’s services.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth, including new service offerings and geographic expansion.
- Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including allied health professionals, funding bodies, and community organisations.
- Serve as the primary representative of Eas Ability Care in negotiations, events, and forums.
- Work closely with clients and families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and the development of tailored support plans.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with organisational standards and NDIS compliance requirements.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
- Support recruitment initiatives by identifying the workforce needs arising from business growth.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development efforts with operational capacity.
- Contribute to fostering a workplace culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development, client acquisition, or relationship management within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS funding arrangements, compliance requirements, and service delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert growth opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding business growth targets.
- Experience in managing services with high medical needs or restrictive practices.
- Existing networks within the NDIS or disability services sector.
