PSEC Project Services is an architect + property development consulting company based in Sydney since 2006. The practise has worked on a range of projects from single family residences to medium density residential complexes. In association with other architects, PSEC has also been involved in civic buildings and large scale master plans locally and overseas.
Leaded by Eric Chan and Rafael Bautista, both are registered architect and have over 40 years’ combined practice experience in the field of architecture and residential developments. Eric specializes in residential development, having in depth knowledge from site selection, initial stage feasibility, concept design to construction documentation and to post development services. Rafael is an experienced architect with working knowledge across architecture, planning, urban design and project procurement.
The successful candidate must have:
· A Bachelor or high qualification in accounting or relevant field
· Minimum of three years of work experience
· Strong technical accounting aptitude
· Excellent communication skills
· Advanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel and Accounting systems.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues and implement associated process improvements
· The right to work in Australia
Responsibilities include:
· Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, etc.) and ensure their accuracy for presentation to management and directors.
· Analyse and examine operating costs to help the business enhance revenue, reduce expenses, and improve profitability.
· Manage the preparation and timely lodgement of tax obligations, including BAS, IAS, FBT Returns, and Income Tax Returns in compliance with Australian taxation laws.
· Prepare cash flow forecasts to maintain sufficient working capital and liquidity.
· Prepare feasibility study for the projects, including the cashflow forecasting
· Assist in preparing financial documents as per financial institution required for project finances
· Develop and manage budgets, track actual expenditures against budgets, and prepare forecasts for revenue and expenditures to support projects’ decision-making, prepare a monthly report to the client
· Assist in preparing BAS, ITR for the project companies
· Ensure all financial reporting and record-keeping complies with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
