· Lead and supervise a team of technicians and craftsmen in the workshop.
· Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's proficiency in maintaining static equipment.
· Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
· Enforce and enhance safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment.
· Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to keep the team well-informed and compliant with industry standards.
· Demonstrate personal commitment to comply with all legal/company HSE requirements and actively participate in all HSE-related activities/programs/campaigns organized by the company
· Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
