Key Responsibilities

To be involved in planning, organizing and managing the overall testing activities of application.
Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the Project Lead
To be part of the team to identify improvement areas and assist in ongoing product enhancements.
Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect management for the required sign-offs
Perform ad-hoc duties such as handling production issues, i.e raise Click Up tickets and follow up with Software Developers
Execution of Standard Manual Tests in order to find Bugs and improve Quality of our deliverables

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized university
Able to work independently or with minimal assistance
Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
Experience in managing and executing application software testing
Candidate with programming background is a plus
Interns are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in devising solutions to assigned tasks and challenges.

Internship program
The internship program offers a comprehensive learning experience environment. Interns are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in finding solutions to assigned tasks and challenges. The program is structured in the following stages:
1. First Phase: Study - Interns will independently engage with provided Udemy courses to build foundational knowledge, fostering self-directed learning.
2. Second Phase: Assessment - Assignments designed to evaluate understanding and problem-solving abilities will be assigned, to be completed within specified deadlines.
3. Third Phase: Production - Upon successful completion of the assessments or training process, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to actual production tasks, applying the skills to real-world scenarios.

This is remote internship without salary or allowance. Interns will have online meetings weekly to discuss tasks, workflow, and necessary updates.
Qualified applicants will be selected for exciting on-site or remote internship positions in various organizations.
The successful Interns will receive a recommendation letter and be entitled to a project-based position with at the end of the internship if they meet the KPIs and achieve the company's expectations.
Project-based positions are eligible for a commission based on successful project outcomes, company, and/or individual performance, set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings from the prior year.
