- Building furniture based on the specifications and designs provided by the company.
- Designing commercial furniture based on the specifications provided by the company.
- Drafting technical drawings based on conceptual designs.
- Creating 2D & 3D furniture models using Inventor & Auto CAD based on conceptual designs.
- Drafting a bill of material.
- Conducting safety tests on products to ensure products conform to market safety standards.
- Leading a team to build the furniture.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to the construction, designing, and production of the furniture.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in industrial design or furniture design.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in wood working and/or in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Competent with technical drawings, woodworking, and furniture design and construction.
- Must be able to fluently speak Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Preferably is able to speak English.
- A passionate, detailed-orientated individual who is driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
