Responsibility :Customs regulation affair
Clear understanding and update all the regulations related customs both VN and OS to implement for project efficiency
Work closely with the CA manager and CA team to have right customs regulation and process.
Full responsible to implement and advise all issues related to customs requirements and procedure in Vietnam to internal and external
Day to day work closely with HQ, OS to set up process and procedure for new projects or requirements
Work closely with vendors or partner to ensure the compliance of customs regulations
Act as advisors or consultant of customs procedure and regulation for Sales and Marketing department
Responsibility:Project management
Auditing and ensuring timely and consistent communication with managers and supply chain team for any changes of process in advance.
Consistently review and evaluate the customs regulations and procedure for each project.
Find the better solutions to make sure zero mistake when carry out all tasks under CA
Auditing vendors to ensure CA process quality
Responsible for cost and claim related to CA matters under SC team.
Responsibility:Team management
Be the excellent team player in Sales & Marketing department
Fully coordinate and support SC manager and team to ensure all projects' success
Time to time follows the SC manager's assignment.

Salary: 15-25 mil gross
Working days: Mon - Fri 8h30-18h

Good Chinese skills (both speaking & writing) and English

Background in Economics, Logistics or Analytics
Ability to quickly negotiate with customers in a short call
Good at MS Office
Work at big 3 ( DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS) operation department is a plus
Bachelor's degree student
