Responsibilities
1. Work with supplier to deliver FGD to Plants

• Maintain relationship with AES Power Plant team
• Take care of FGD deployment activities at AES site
• Take care of FGD delivery and transferring to Knauf Plants
• Manage the weight and quality control. Together with AES and Knauf QA team to record and report the results

• Manage to complete payment procedures to ensure the reputation of Knauf with both AES and Transportation companies.

2. Import-Ex process: Coordinate with relevant parties to proceed customs clearances and deliver to appointing place timely and smoothly.

3.Take role as master data maintain in SAP.

4. Payment for 3PLs & Cost management (such as import/export, shipping, tax, and other costs).

5. Compliance & Cost management

• Ensure adherence to global trade compliance standards, following the latest updates in international & local regulations to avoid penalties and manage necessary documentation.
• Risk management in shipping, customs, compliance, etc.
• Maintaining accurate records of all export-import transactions for auditing purposes
• Resolving issues related to shipment, delivery, and customs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs, Shipping, Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Import-Export role.

• In-depth knowledge of import and export laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.

• Extensive experience in customs, shipping, and related areas.

• Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Excel.
