Mô tả Công việc
Risk Management Support
Manage incoming tickets via Zendesk and monitor the Risk email inbox.
Conduct initial reviews of potential OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) matches.
Assist in resolving ACH rejects and escalate cases as needed.
Underwriting Support
Review underwriting-related tickets in Zendesk.
Validate auto-approved accounts to ensure compliance with partner guidelines.
Analyze and assess low-risk accounts under supervision.
Support G2 reviews and retro match evaluations for accuracy and compliance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Experience in customer service, administrative support, or data analysis is a plus but not required.
Ability to work from 9pm to 6am (vietnam time)
Skills & Competencies:
Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and learning.
