Associate Corporate Risk & Broking

Description
The role will be responsible for the Business Development activities in their activities across all aspects of the sales lifecycle. This role will work closely with the Country Head and Head of Sales in Corporate Risk & Broking to to identify new business opportunities, manage the end-to-end sales process, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
The Role
New Business Development:
  • Identify and prospect new project clients across key sectors and industries in Corporate Risk & Broking Vienam
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new clients, leveraging market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Present WTW’s services and solutions to prospective clients, tailoring offerings to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.


Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Client Services, Operations, Solutions) to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.


Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the another CRB departments such as servicing team, claim team on sales initiatives and client deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings and industry events to promote WTW’s brand and network with potential clients.
  • Support the team to ensure compliance with all specified business management processes
  • Maintain updated templates for use by the team and ensure coordination with the relevant teams across the broader business in relation to template use
  • Manage as directed all general admin tasks in accordance with time frames and company
  • Assist with general admin tasks across the wider office
Participation in ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications
The Requirements
  • University degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with a strong focus on government sales and relationships, particularly in Vietnam.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing government contracts with authorities such as EVN, MOIT, or similar entities.
  • Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes, including navigating tenders, government regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in sectors such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, or public services is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, in a complex, B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with the Vietnam market and strong local network is highly desirable.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer management and selling skills
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Fluent in both English & Vietnamese
