Job Responsibilities:

• Collect information about shopping malls, including but not limited to site visits and research, competitor analysis, and negotiations with mall leasing teams.
• Assist the person in charge in negotiations with mall leasing teams, covering topics such as potential store selection, price negotiations, and market research.
• Have a good understanding of store opening plans and assist in arranging store opening schedules, store location placements, city distribution, etc.
• After the store opens, assist in managing the overall maintenance of the store, personnel recruitment, and aiding in administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Have knowledge of the retail industry;
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in managing daily necessities or cultural and creative stores, such as Miniso, Minigood, Daiso, kkv, etc.;
• Able to communicate fluently in English or Chinese.
