Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team leader to complete negotiations and quotations with suppliers, confirm orders with the group's foreign trade salespersons, and smoothly follow up on orders. Able to resolve issues related to customer samples and product defects, as well as conflicts between buyers and factories.
• Review factory costs and material lists to ensure product accuracy and competitive pricing. Capable of researching market prices for products.
• Monitor factories during the production process to ensure product quality requirements are met, track factory production plans, and ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Effectively source new product suppliers through exhibitions, online channels, or independently develop new suppliers when existing suppliers cannot meet requirements.
• Develop new products or locally competitive export products and recommend them to the company.

Job Requirements:

• One year of procurement experience (with preference given to sewing, ceramics, and rattan products); sensitive to product costs and materials, able to quickly grasp and understand product pricing structures and production processes.
• Familiar with supply chain sourcing processes and capable of effectively developing new supply chains.
• Able to work under pressure and results-oriented, with good communication skills, self-motivation, quick response, and meticulous work attitude.
• Good oral and written Chinese language or English language abilities.
