Job Description
Role's Objectives:
Lead the Vietnam procurement team to achieve Group savings targets and support operations by delivering high-quality supplies in a sustainable, ethical and timely manner. Promote the benefits of central procurement to the management team and other internal customers and provide outstanding customer service.
Specific Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships and close monitoring of key suppliers
• Maximise savings for the company without reducing the quality of service delivery to operations
• Lead the procurement team with high integrity and internal customer service.
• Increase the effectiveness of procurement activities by communicating values, strategies, and objectives; planning, monitoring, and appraising vendors; and developing supplier relationships.
• Review purchase requisitions to verify accuracy, specifications and terminology, prices and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional training
• Review the procurement process to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the same level
• Professional Communication Skills
• Excellent Negotiation Skills, Analytical Mindset
• Fluent in English
