Zalo is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Operations Executive to manage product usage and co-initiate product roadmap.

• Be responsible for operations of Zalo OA product like: monitor key metrics, discover usage insights, manage abnormality and bugs reporting;
• Synthesise data and make periodic reports;
• Collaborate with Product Owners on rollout plans, product roadmap for delegated product branches/ features, work on user survey/ market survey to improve and develop products;
• Develop product policies, operation procedures, user manual guidelines, and related product materials;
• Support internal and external partners in using products;
• Lead and train collaborator members.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields like Economics, Information Management, …;
• At least 4 working years of experience, in which 2 years experiences in related area like Operations, Product Management, Project Management, …;
• Critical and systematic thinking;
• Data mindset and data analytics skills (Excel/ Metabase/…). Data extraction skills are a plus (SQL);
• Good communication, presentation skills, flexibility and aggression;
• Ability to read and understand English documents.
