YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP

As a BA/PO Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams on critical projects that drive our product development and improve our services. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience and develop the practical skills you need to thrive in your career.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Assist in documenting product workflows, features, and basic technical insights
• Support the team in understanding and summarizing challenges faced during development
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to align product design and functionality
• Help review client-provided process charts and ensure alignment with project goals
• Contribute ideas for improving processes and solutions based on team feedback

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

• Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with software development life cycle
• Knowledge of PO technique and Scrum artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement)
• You have a business mindset or product mindset
• You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter and an analytical problem solver.
• Proficiency in the English (IELTS above 6.5 or CEFR B2+)

Nice to have

• Some experience with software development processes
• Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation, evidenced by previous projects or coursework (e.g academic projects, internship experiences, or personal hobby projects,..)
• Previous internship experience is a plus
