Adecco - Vietnam is looking for Senior Business Development Executive to expand our reach and further strengthen our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven people to join our Hanoi team.
Key Responsibilities

• The scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
• Develop actionable and measurable tactical plans to create market awareness and increase market share
• Connect with clients through calls/networking events and responsible for the end-to-end sales process
• Qualify clients on their needs and obtain information on their requirements
• Prepare Terms of Business, present and negotiate (if necessary)
• Ensure seamless transition and handover to Payroll & Staffing Operation team
• Cross-selling of other Adecco services

Work Experience

• 2+ year in services related environment
• 3-5 year in a similar capability
