• Enhance and optimize core data components, including big data systems, libraries, and feature stores, to boost productivity and streamline processes;
• Develop and implement new automated methods for data modeling, data validation, and data analysis, such as Auto EDA, Auto ML, Data GPT, and Auto Funnel;
• Continuously evaluate, measure, deploy, and monitor model performance to identify and address model drift, feature drift, and concept drift;
• Design and maintain efficient data pipelines for processing large data sets.

• Proficiency in Java/Scala or Python programming languages;
• Experience handling substantial volumes of real data, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines;
• Strong knowledge of data technologies, including Apache Spark, Hadoop/Yarn, and Airflow/Luigi;
• Excellent analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with web development is a plus;
• Strong leadership skills are a plus.
