• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our Mobile/ Web Management System users;
• Design user flows and experiences that are simple, thoughtful and useful;
• Partner with Product Owner, Engineers to oversee and drive the user experience of a product;
• Contribute to building design principles and guidelines for Zalo's products (experience with building design systems is a plus).

• Bachelor's degree in related fields;
• At least 5 years of experience designing Management Systems on both Web and Mobile Applications;
• Understanding of Interaction Design, usability and information architecture practice;
• Strategic product thinking and vision practice;
• Good skills in User Interface design and Visual Aesthetic Sensitivity;
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end hybrid UX and UI design.
