JOB DESCRIPTION
- Active in the planning and leading of company events including in-house or off-site activities, like company trip, celebrations, and conferences
- Organize & implement relevant event that aligned with business plan to support project activities
- Cooperate with related team to implement synchronized internal events efficiently and effectively
- Conduct market research, gather information, research vendors and negotiate contracts
- Other tasks related to event/activation of communication & logistics assigned by Management level
- Invoices, suppliers check/survey, contracts, quotation,… and other relative documents
- Perform other related job responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- From 4 years of experience in HR/Admin, workforce engagement or internal communication (at IT companies as a plus)
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Good negotiation skill
- Highly organized, with strong project and event management skills, including the ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Good at crowd control mindset and resource risk management
- Good at planning and managing skill
- Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal)
- Excellent MS Office skills
