Job Description
- Customer service staff provide service consultation to customers
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via information portals such as phone, online chat, zalo, email, facebook...
- Receive complaints, answer and guide processing procedures.
- Provide the company's promotional program services to customers.
- Receive and classify customer calls and information to forward to relevant departments
Candidate requirements
- Good Korean in 4 skills (Topik 4 or higher).
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in the Call center industry is an advantage.
- Clear, easy-to-hear voice.
- Good situation handling skills and Responsible for work
- Ability to work according to procedures and know how to organize personal work.
- Priority can work flexible hours
