About the Role
As an Associate Director, Institutional Sales in our Global Markets Team, you take responsibility to deal Markets products with corporate customers, such as foreign exchange, bond, interest rate derivatives, commodities products, and coordinate with other internal departments within the Bank to work out solutions and achieve targets of Corporate Sales, Global Markets and the overall Bank.

What will your day look like?
As an Associate Director, Institutional Sales, you will:
Take responsibility for revenue target and other financial targets.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers and potential customers.
Participate to build and execute customer development plan.
Execute transactions within Markets products with customers.
Provide pricing and relevant market information for customers.
Comply with internal processes, regulations of State Bank of Vietnam and other related regulations.
Update market movement in interest rate, foreign exchange and market liquidity in order to provide for other related teams.
Support Head of Institutional Sales Vietnam to perform tasks related to corporate customers.
Effectively coordinate with other business units to perform tasks of Corporate Sales/Global Markets and execute overall bank’s strategy.
Build up and work on personal development plan.

Good knowledge on banking and finance
Have experience in financial market, especially Global Markets area
Good knowledge and expertise on related Laws and Regulations
Good integrity in dealing, in line with values of ANZ
Good skills in team work and working independently
Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to build relationships and personal development
Proficiency in English
