PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
As a Transportation Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee day-to-day drivers' compliances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Pre-trip/post-trip inspections
· Safety compliances and ELD
· Work with our mechanics to get problems resolved
· Provide technical support for the Fishbowl project
· Ensure compliance with regulations, and resolve any transportation-related issues
· Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of goods.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous experience within the transport sector
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Good computer skills and the ability to learn how to use software quickly
· Problem-solving abilities
· Exceptional communication skills
· Outstanding time management and organizational skills
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
· High school education
· A degree in logistics, business management, or a related field is preferred
· Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is preferred.
