Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to handle high-volume transactional invoices and provide support for various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile invoices accurately and on time.
Research and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors to address outstanding issues.
Respond to requests and maintain organized records.
Retrieve historical invoices as needed.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects.
Cross-train with team members and provide backup support.
Enter data into the accounting system as required.

Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience (travel/entertainment industry is a plus).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with accounting systems is a plus.
