We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Spanish-Bilingual HR Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois. This role primarily involves handling HR administrative tasks within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate one-on-one meetings with employees for the completion of necessary documents such as I9 forms, code of conduct, and employee handbooks.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information such as social security numbers and pay rates.
• Efficiently manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Possess an understanding of the components of I9 and the ability to explain them in Spanish.
• Use the Oracle system for data entry tasks when required.
• Communicate effectively with our Spanish speaking employee population, serving as a bridge between them and the HR department.
• Prepare for and assist in audits, ensuring all documentation and records are in order.
• Handle any additional paper forms that need to be filled out by employees.
• Proficiency in the Spanish Language, both written and spoken, is necessary for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including but not limited to handling employee benefits, onboarding, and exit procedures.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in HR Compliance, including knowledge of labor laws and employment standards.
• Proficiency in using Oracle HRMS for HR management, including data entry, report generation, and performance tracking.
