Important Note: This position is not suitable for individuals who have a private practice or wish to work at multiple group private practices during their employment at Blue Oak. Also this role is not a good fit for those who prefer to work in isolation, are hesitant to collaborate with colleagues, managers, and the team, or are not strong technology users. Those who are unwilling to follow the rules and procedures set forth by our practice may find this position challenging and not a good fit.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Valid and in good standing Licensed LMFT or LCSW in the state of CA - Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessment, and treatment plan.
• Provide online therapy to our clients in a confidential space.
• Have computer/laptop, strong internet connection, and good lighting and microphone/earphones - may receive reimbursement.
• Be employee (W2) status and follow all practice policies.
• Get paid for no-show sessions so you won't lose out on income.
• Full admin and support staff will prescreen referrals and ensure all intake paperwork is done so you don't have to!
• We handle all credentialing paperwork so you can have a full caseload in no time!
