Key Account Sales Specialist

Position Overview
The Key Account Specialist position focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the North American market. The role is essential for driving sales growth, understanding client needs, and aligning our products and services to meet those needs within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in North America
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and forecast demand to inform business strategy
- Prepare and submit RFQs (Requests for Quotation) in a timely manner
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Travel is projected to be up to 30%. Role will be based in Warwick when not traveling.
- Initial training will be based in Mexico and China working hands on with the manufacturing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and forecast sales demand
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing parts or materials industry is desired
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, SOP, GD&T is advantageous
- Experience in marketing or international trade is a plus
