As the largest slush brand in the United States, Frazil continues to break sales records. A key driver of our success is the way we leverage technology throughout our operation. • Experience with API’s
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
  • Experience with Web Hosting tools (Go Daddy, Word Press, AWS) and software release management is preferred.
  • Experience leading, though this role will have no direct reports, there will be a high level of ownership in this role.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • You have exceptional communication and follow-up. You are a natural born communicator and are comfortable communicating in writing, over the phone, and in person. You keep calm when tensions rise and are comfortable setting expectations and delivering difficult news. You can de-escalate situations as needed.
  • You are a relationship builder, both internally and externally. You build rapport through active listening, professionalism, and kindness.
  • You are data driven. You use data to direct your work with an eye for efficiency and value-added efforts. You find metrics motivating and you even enjoy some healthy competition now and then.
