About the Role:
The Analyst candidate will apply their expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive insights and improve operational efficiency. They will analyze vendor purchase order and customer sales order data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement. These improvements will help the North America Operations organization achieve financial sales estimates, inventory goals, and timely delivery. Strong working relationships with cross-functional teams are necessary to accomplish these goals.
What You'll Do:

Analyze vendor purchase order and customer sales order data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Employ actionable reporting techniques to build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, highlighting important metrics.

Analyze the root causes of operational issues and identify important exceptions to guide collaborator actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement process improvements that align with business objectives.

Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of implemented processes, recommending adjustments, as necessary.

Assist in the development of data models and predictive analytics to improve decision-making.
-
Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting insights and recommendations.
What You'll Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain operations.

Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI or Microstrategy preferred).
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
-
Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation techniques.
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
-
Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
-
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
-
Familiarity with ERP systems and data warehousing concepts.
-
Proficient in using excel for analysis and reporting with ability to collect streams of data from multiple external sources.

Ability to work in demanding environment, multi-task and identify and shift priorities quickly.

Capable of communicating effectively and performing in a cross-functional, collaborative environment across multiple levels of the organization
