We offer a vast amount of training that will enable you to gain the knowledge that you need to undertake the job role which will progress to the next level of your career of completing the Social Care Wales Induction Framework. This will then enable you to complete your qualification in care QCF Level 2 and 3.

Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in. Driving and Welsh speaking is preferable.

Support Worker
A Star Support Services are seeking Support Workers to support adults and children who may have emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. This role requires care and passion, reliability, sympathetic towards clients, to promote independence, to be non-judgemental, to have charisma and to give the best quality of care for our clients.
The Role is a 24 hour service, weekdays and weekends, including sleep ins and waking nights, shift and rota base, in a supported living accommodation or in their own homes.
28 days holiday including bank holidays. Double pay for bank holiday work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
