What You’ll Get
Pay: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Champion the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care, ensuring compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPh C) ‘Standards for Pharmacy Professionals.’
- Lead with compassion and clarity, providing clinical and professional leadership for the Montu Pharmacy team.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel empowered to grow and succeed.
- Maintain accuracy while promoting an effective, sustainable pace of work for the team.
- Drive innovation by helping the team develop and implement automation and efficiency improvements within regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented, communicated, and consistently updated to align with best practices.
- Monitor, support, and mentor pharmacy staff, overseeing training and ensuring competency standards are met.
- Oversee compliance with legal and GPh C requirements, including maintaining accurate prescription and pharmacy records.
- Safeguard medicines storage, temperature control, and the safe disposal of expired or returned medicines.
- Manage Controlled Drugs with diligence and integrity, adhering to best practices and legal requirements for record-keeping.
- Actively contribute to the pharmacy’s success and growth, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and improve patient care.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring collaboration to support industry-leading standards and patient satisfaction.
- A UK-qualified, registered Pharmacist with a valid GPh C Number.
- Deep understanding of Pharmacy Laws and Regulations, paired with a forward-thinking approach to patient care.
- Empathetic and self-motivated, with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ethical and professional, driven to deliver an outstanding experience for both patients and the team.
- Tech-savvy, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to network and build relationships with clients and industry professionals.
