We are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Assistant/Advisor to join our small but supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems

We are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Assistant/Advisor to join our small but supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems
Duties
- Maintain SHEQ documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and company standards;
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation measures.
- Support and assist in conducting internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Arrange and track mandatory SHEQ training for employees, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Help maintain records of incidents, near misses, and assist with incident investigations.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvements to SHEQ practices and procedures.
- Collect and analyse SHEQ data, generate reports, and maintain databases for continuous tracking and improvement.
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields, or specific equivalent experience equivalent;
- Proven experience in a SHEQ administration or support role.
- Familiar with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) and other SHEQ -related regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and knowledge of SHEQ management software is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
