Property Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Portfolio & Capital Optimization Manager to oversee the financial operations of our property portfolio. This role involves managing rental income, ensuring timely rental collection, maintaining accurate financial records, and optimizing portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in property management finance, and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor rental income, ensuring on-time collections and resolving arrears.
- Evaluate the current property portfolio to identify opportunities for equity release and refinancing.
- Design and implement strategies to maximize the financial potential of the portfolio.
- Develop and execute plans to use released capital as leverage to secure new funding or investments.
- Collaborate with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for loans and funding.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the property portfolio.
- Oversee tenant accounts, including lease agreements and payment schedules.
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs within the portfolio.
- Liaise with property managers, landlords, and tenants to address financial inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in finance within property management.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and property accounting.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience using accounting software, ideally Xero
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
