We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work in a friendly relaxed household in West Worthing. It is 9am-5pm Thursday / Friday. The position caring for a lady in her home who is unable to walk and requires hoisting occasionally as well as assistance with personal care and household chores.
The home is a modernised bungalow with all amenities, including large wet room, sunny garden and a vehicle for the use of carers for outings and errands. A driving licence is therefore preferred. It will also be necessary to manage medication and re-ordering medical supplies as well as leaving diary notes for other carers.
It is a none smoking household.
The position would suit an experienced PA or carer. Applicants must have previous one to one personal care experience and will be expected to provide a DBA and references. As well as care, light household duties include cleaning, washing & ironing, preparing drinks & snacks as required.
The position includes paid holiday and on occasion there may be flexibility to swap days.
