Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week over 4 days, with 3 days off per week)
Salary: £23,800 - £31,000 (depending on qualifications)

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our new team and site at Earlsfield to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children! Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for the daily care and development of children within one of our age groups, depending on your experience. You will design and implement daily routines in line with the EYFS and ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Daily Routine & Planning: Design and implement daily routines in accordance with the EYFS, including bespoke planning for individual child needs.
· Safety & Risk Management: Review risk assessments and daily checklists to ensure a safe environment, manage permission forms, outside risk assessments, and allergy needs.
· Child Assessment: Conduct regular and accurate assessments of children's learning outcomes, comparing them to EYFS achievement standards and progress trackers.
· Parental Communication: Maintain continual feedback and communication with parents via our parent portal, face-to-face meetings, and parent information evenings.
· Team Support: Support senior management with day-to-day nursery tasks and assist junior team members in understanding their roles within the classroom.
· Team Motivation: Motivate and engage the team to create the best possible learning environment for children.

Requirements:
· Ability to obtain a clear DBS check
· Provide details for three referees
· Experience in childcare and Level 2 or 3 CACHE/NVQ in childcare (or equivalent)
· Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
· Right to work in the United Kingdom
· A caring and patient attitude with a genuine passion for working with children
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
· Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting.
Work Schedule:
· Full-time: 40 hours per week over 4 days (Monday to Friday)
· The nurseries operate 50 weeks a year, from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
