Role Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Level 3 or 4 Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician to join our friendly team. This part-time, on-site role involves performing high-quality cosmetic treatments, including skincare, laser hair removal, and other aesthetic services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and offering expert advice on treatments and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of aesthetic and skincare treatments, including micro-needling, Hydra Facial, Visia Skin Analysis, chemical peels, facials, and laser treatments
• Conduct initial consultations and coordinate patient care, making referrals to the appropriate practitioners
• Ensure full client satisfaction and provide expert skincare advice
• Handle basic administration duties, including reception, phone calls, and diary management
• Maximise sales opportunities and client engagement while delivering treatments
• Support the team and continue to develop new skills
• Provide excellent pre- and post-treatment care and aftercare advice

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Beauty/Aesthetic Therapist
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with the Pabau system (preferred)
• Ideally some management experience
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Additional Requirements

• 5 GCSEs or above
• Must be presentable and represent the clinic's ethos
• Willing to work one Saturday per month
