This role involves liaising with clients, managing property viewings, and negotiating lettings agreements. You will play a crucial role in helping clients find their perfect home while ensuring a seamless process throughout.
Duties
- Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on the local property market
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords, striving for mutually beneficial agreements
- Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed guidance to clients
- Handle administrative tasks related to lettings, including preparing contracts and managing databases
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience working in Real Estate dealing with lettings and/or sales
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client interactions effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele
- Administrative proficiency in handling paperwork, maintaining records, and using relevant software applications
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
