In this role, you will be integral to our operations, assisting in meal preparation and ensuring that food safety standards are upheld. Duties

• Assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for cooking.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all food is handled and stored correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
• Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils after use.

Skills

• Experience in meal preparation and food preparation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment is desirable.
• An ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
