As an Infinity Team Member - Fresh Meals, you will be working in the kitchen with a primary focus on working within the Infinity Fresh Meals department, as well as supporting the delivery of a variety of activities offered by Age UK Sheppey. Flexibility to assist in other areas of the organisation as required is essential.
Location: Isle of Sheppey and surrounding areas.
Pay: £11.44 per hour

Main Duties:

• Assist in the creation of seasonal, locally sourced, and varied menus in collaboration with the Team Leader.
• Support the ordering, preparation, and cooking of meals to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare meals and engage in baking activities.
• Contribute to stock management, including rotation and inventory checks.
• Assist in the sorting and organisation of deliveries.
• Serve lunches and refreshments, ensuring excellent client interaction and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by completing necessary cleaning tasks as directed.
• Collaborate with the social and activity team to support clients’ health and wellbeing
• Positively engage with clients, offering new ideas and contributing to their experience.
• Pick up and deliver supplies when necessary.
