Are you naturally curious, process-driven, and passionate about people? Have the bright lights of human resources been calling, but you’re unsure where to start? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Giv Energy is seeking an eager apprentice to join our HR team at our UK Head Office. You will be enrolled in an HR Apprenticeship, allowing you to earn a CIPD qualification while gaining invaluable real-life experience in a complex, global business. As our HR Apprentice, you will report directly to the Head of HR and have the chance to work within a diverse group of companies spanning the renewable and manufacturing industries, property development, education and training, and software.
This won’t be your typical entry-level HR role where tasks and projects are gatekept based on seniority or job titles. Unlike most other apprenticeships, we'll give you access and exposure to a vast array of roles within the HR team, and help you to nurture and develop whatever resonates most with you, giving you ample opportunities to develop and grow in your chosen field.
Working in human resources is a very privileged field. The successful candidate will understand and respect the confidential nature of the function, and will have tact and discretion in abundance.
You will gain global experience supporting HR functions across the UK, Europe, South Africa, and Australia. Initially, your role will focus on HR administration, HRIS upkeep, and recruitment tasks, while also playing a key part in shaping our company culture and identity following a significant period of growth.
Come and join us in empowering energy freedom for all!
